Stafford Animal Shelter – the first shelter in the State of Montana to have an in-house Spay/Neuter Suite – alters all dogs and cats prior to adoption to reduce the number of unwanted pets brought into the Shelter, but continues to see a much wider range of benefits from these simple surgeries.
